Living room
Acropolis from the roof
Our first apartment located in a brand new building located on what is touted to be the quietest street in Athens. A few steps away the vibrant and lively Ymittou street with anything you may need.
Comfortable familiar surroundings and furnishings make the exploration of a foreign city a pleasure. After a full day exploring Athens, sit back and read our guest book. It’s an exclusive wealth of information on undiscovered Athens. Most of our guests, whether they have stayed for 3 days or a month, still write that they wish they had another week or month just to enjoy the neighborhood.
Pagrati, the neighborhood that our apartments are located in, is a microcosm of Athens. It is like a vintage glass of wine. Every sip reveals new experiences and tastes. Stores galore, happy helpful people, an experience that only be felt in a real Athenian neighborhood.
The kitchen has all the amenities you could want. However, have a change of pace for your breakfast. Right around the corner you’ll find the tastiest tyropita store. Try a spanakopita or a “mikro” (little cheese pies in a flaky pastry), order 2 per person, and guard your own because your friends or family will devour them.
Three comfortable bedrooms sleep six guests, groups of 8 find that the sleeper sofa in the living room is one of the most comfortable they have experienced.  A full bathroom on each level means no waiting in line to get ready to explore the sites of Ancient Athens.
Simple lines, elegant furnishings. Many of our guests have become close friends. We love meeting people and we love making them welcome. When you arrive, you are greeted with a basket of local goods including fresh baked bread and wine. The perfect welcome after a long flight.
What a better way to end a day of sightseeing than a bath!, sink in the tub and try to decide what was the best thing you did on that day. It will take you a long time, not to worry, clocks really stop here, the days seem endless, so many experiences, so many new things.

You haven’t had breakfast until you try the local yogurt with honey and walnuts looking at the Acropolis. The yogurt is thick, it will not fall of your spoon, and the honey in Greece is primarily pine forest honey, giving a distinct flavor.
